AllDone keeps your personal tasks and projects in one place. Capture a task in Inbox, move it into a color-coded project, and follow its progress from To Do to Done.
Plan in the view that works for you
Use a checklist to work through tasks or a board to see what's in progress. Archive completed work to keep active views focused, or choose automatic archiving in Settings. Archived tasks remain in your planner.
Google sign-in and your data
AllDone is invitation-only. Google sign-in identifies your account and checks that your email is on the approved access list. It requests your name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier using the openid, email, and profile permissions.
AllDone does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or contacts. Read the privacy policy for details about data storage, sharing, and deletion.
Connect an assistant when you choose
You can authorize a connected assistant such as ChatGPT through AllDone's MCP server. With your permission, it can read projects and tasks, and create or update them if you grant write access. This connection is optional and separate from Google sign-in.
Access is limited to approved Google accounts.
